Frequently Asked Questions

Tour Guide Jordan Concierge.jpg
  • When you hire a guide, the booking is for a full day—up to 10 hours. The guide will accompany you, explain the history and culture of the places you visit, and return to the agreed pickup location by the end of the day. If you’d like to extend beyond 10 hours, extra time is available at $29 USD per hour.

  • Yes. You’re free to design your own itinerary—whether that’s Petra, Wadi Rum, Amman, Jerash, the Dead Sea, or a mix of them. Your guide knows every major destination in Jordan and can make suggestions if you want expert input.

  • Guides are available in Arabic, Chinese, English, German, Russian, and Spanish, so you can enjoy the experience in the language you’re most comfortable with.

  • You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled date. After that, standard cancellation fees apply (see our cancellation policy for full details).

  • Not required. You can come with a detailed plan, or simply decide on the day. The guide will adapt to your style, whether you want a cultural deep dive, a food adventure, or just a smooth journey through Jordan’s highlights.

  • Your guide will usually meet you in the hotel lobby at the agreed time. If you prefer a different pickup location, you can mention it in the Special Notes section when booking, and your guide will meet you there instead.
