Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy & Cancellation Policy

These policies govern private transfers, hourly hire, city-to-city rides, tours, tour-guide hire, and meet-and-assist services, and any other services operated in Jordan by Jordan Concierge LLC.

1] TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Jordan Concierge. We provide premium, luxury travel and lifestyle management services exclusively in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Jordan Concierge is operated by Jordan Concierge LLC (“Jordan Concierge,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a limited liability company legally registered in the State of Wyoming, USA. While our company registration is in Wyoming, all of our operations, services, and practices are carried out within Jordan, and we fully comply with Jordanian laws, rules, and regulations in every aspect of our business.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy (collectively, the “Terms”), govern your use of JordanConcierge.com and the services listed below (the “Services”):

  1. Transportation (airport transfers, city-to-city, hourly/daily hire)

  2. Tours in Jordan (day tours & multi-day tours)

  3. Airport Meet & Assist (available only when booked together with Transportation to/from Queen Alia International Airport – AMM)

  4. Tour Guide (licensed local guides, available as standalone or as add-ons)

  5. Essentials Shop (retail service offering everyday necessities, accessories, and useful items for travelers, available for purchase anytime)

By using our website or booking any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our Services.

1) OUR ROLE & HOW WE OPERATE

Primary operations in Jordan. While Jordan Concierge LLC is registered in Wyoming, our services are exclusively rendered in Jordan. All bookings, logistics, and business activities are conducted according to Jordanian laws and tourism regulations, in partnership with trusted local suppliers and licensed providers.

Intermediary role. We arrange, coordinate, and facilitate services by working with independent suppliers and service providers (collectively, “Suppliers”). We carefully select reputable Suppliers to ensure quality and reliability. Your direct contract for most services (e.g., guiding, vehicles, attractions, lodging, activities) is with the relevant Supplier, while Jordan Concierge acts as your representative and booking agent.

Scope of Services. Our offerings include luxury transportation, guided tours, airport meet & assist (only with booked Transportation to/from AMM), private tour guides, and essentials. Service availability may vary based on seasonality, weather, local regulations, or Supplier capacity.

Vehicle availability. If the exact vehicle type you booked is unavailable, we will provide a vehicle of the same class and price, or upgrade you to a higher class at no extra cost. This is rare, but it ensures you are never downgraded.

Limitations. While we make every effort to deliver seamless experiences, we cannot guarantee elements outside our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, site closures, border delays, or Supplier schedule changes.

2) ACCOUNTS, ACCURACY & COMMUNICATION

To make a booking, you may need to create an account and provide certain details. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

We primarily communicate through email, WhatsApp, and website notifications. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date. Jordan Concierge is not responsible for missed updates or issues resulting from incorrect or outdated information.

3) PRICING, CURRENCY & PAYMENTS

  • All prices are quoted in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) or U.S. Dollars (USD), depending on the type of service or request.

  • Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash, as specified in your invoice or checkout.

  • Quotes are based on availability and are not final until confirmed and paid.

  • Services are sold as packages, and we do not provide detailed internal cost breakdowns.

Payment deadlines:
Full payment is due no later than three (3) days prior to the first scheduled service date, unless otherwise stated. If payment is not received by the deadline, the booking may be treated as cancelled under the terms of our Cancellation Policy.

4) SUPPLIER TERMS & WHAT’S INCLUDED

Each Service will clearly state what is included and excluded. Certain items, such as attraction tickets, hot-air balloons, or special permits, may be non-refundable and governed by Supplier-specific rules.

Where we act as an agent, those Supplier rules apply alongside our Terms, and in case of conflict, Supplier rules take precedence for that specific service component.

5) AIRPORT MEET & ASSIST ELIGIBILITY

Airport Meet & Assist can only be booked together with Transportation to or from Queen Alia International Airport (AMM).

Standalone Meet & Assist requests are not accepted. If Transportation is cancelled, the Meet & Assist service will be automatically cancelled and handled under the same timing and cancellation rules.

6) AMENDMENTS & CHANGES BY YOU

If you need to make changes to your booking, we will do our best to assist. However, changes made close to the service date may be treated as cancellations and new bookings, with applicable fees.

You are responsible for any Supplier change fees plus any administrative fee specified in your invoice or agreement.

7) CHANGES BY US OR SUPPLIERS

In rare circumstances, we or a Supplier may need to make significant changes.
If this occurs, we will:

  • Provide a suitable alternative at no additional cost, or

  • Offer a refund or credit for the affected portion of the booking.

When the change is initiated by a Supplier, we act as an intermediary and will pass along their options and policies.

8) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Travel documents. You are responsible for ensuring passports, visas, health certificates, and other required travel documents are valid and compliant with Jordanian entry rules.

  • Punctuality. You must arrive on time for scheduled services and follow any local regulations or site-specific rules.

  • Conduct. Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward our team, suppliers, and the public. Any damage caused by you or your party must be paid for immediately.

  • Insurance. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for medical needs, cancellations, and personal liability.

9) LIABILITY

  • Jordan Concierge uses reasonable care and skill when arranging services.

  • For services performed by Suppliers, your direct contract is with them. Jordan Concierge is not responsible for Supplier acts, omissions, or failures, but we will provide assistance where possible.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jordan Concierge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, missed connections, or additional expenses resulting from issues outside our control.

  • Our total liability is capped at the fees paid directly to us for arranging the affected service and does not include Supplier costs.

This clause does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct where such exclusion would be unlawful.

10) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & SITE USE

All content on JordanConcierge.com, including text, images, logos, and branding, is owned by Jordan Concierge or licensed to us.

You may not copy, republish, or use our content without prior written consent.

11) GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

Jordan Concierge LLC is registered in Wyoming, USA, but all services are performed exclusively in Jordan, and we operate under Jordanian laws and regulations.

These Terms are governed by both:

  • The laws of the State of Wyoming (for corporate registration matters), and

  • The laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (for all services, bookings, and disputes related to operations).

In case of dispute, the courts of Jordan will have primary jurisdiction, while the courts of Wyoming retain jurisdiction for corporate and registration matters.

4) DATA PROTECTION

  • We use secure systems and commercially reasonable measures to protect your information.

  • Your data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill bookings and comply with legal requirements, then securely deleted.

3] CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy balances flexibility for clients with fairness to our local Suppliers.

  • More than 48 hours before service start time:

    • Refund with a 10% administration fee deduction, or

    • 100% credit toward a future booking.

    • If original payment was made in cash, no deduction applies to the refund.

  • Less than 48 hours before service start time or no-show:

    • No refund.

Note: There is no separate 50% tier. The same rules above apply for any cancellations made within 48 hours.

Additional notes:

  1. Airport Meet & Assist is only available with Transportation to/from AMM. If Transportation is cancelled, Meet & Assist is cancelled under the same timing and fees.

  2. Some Suppliers (e.g., hotels, hot-air balloon rides, special permits) may have stricter rules. If so, their policies take precedence for those specific components.

  3. Refunds are returned via the original payment method, excluding non-recoverable Supplier costs or unavoidable processor charges.

  4. Amendments within 48 hours may be treated as cancellations and re-bookings if required by Suppliers.
