It is a service to help you depart from Jordan or arrive into Jordan with ease, it includes a porter to help you with your luggage, a fast track to avoid all queues of immigration and security, and an escort to the boarding gate or your ground transportation.
There is 2 options for the departure Meet & Assist service; one that is basic and does not include access to RJ Crown Lounge, and the other does include access to RJ Crown Lounge.
Yes we do, if you decide to cancel any tour 24 hours before the date of your service, you are entitled for a full refund.
No, it does not by default, however, you can always add transportation to your service for an extra charge. We cover transportation from and to the main cities (Amman, Dead Sea, Petra, Aqaba, Wadi Rum).
The Airport Meet & Assist representative will meet you at the arrivals jet-way bridge holding a (Jordan Concierge) sign only, or with your name on it, depending on your preference.
The Airport Meet & Assist representative will meet you upon arrival at the airport between gates 2 & 3 holding a (Jordan Concierge) sign only, or with your name on it, depending on your preference.
